Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed and the files have been delivered.

Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same product
• You did not receive your download due to a technical delivery issue
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened properly
